There is ample, free street parking directly surrounding the building and adjacent side streets. We also have a loading zone available if you need to roll in carts, wardrobe racks, or heavy gear.

Premium strobes and specialty colors can be added to your booking for a small fee.
Yes. Booking time runs door-to-door. Your access begins promptly at your start time and ends at your scheduled checkout time. Please factor in appropriate time for your load-in, beauty prep, and post-shoot cleanup so you are packed up before the next client arrives.
Absolutely! Our 750 sq ft space can accommodate up to 50 standing guests or 30 seated guests comfortably under our Gathering Rate ($85/hr). Outside food, catering, and BYOB are permitted. We ask that all guests remain respectful of the space and that no open flames or loose glitter are used.
We offer flexible rescheduling! You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a studio credit voucher valid for 12 months.

Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome for portrait and commercial shoots! Please bring a towel to wipe paws upon entry. An optional $25 pet sanitation fee applies if extensive pet shedding requires deep cleaning.
