Studio Policies & Guidelines

Reservation Window: 2-hour minimum. Load-in, setup, shoot, and cleanup must fit inside booked hours. Outside Catering & BYOB: Food, catering, and alcohol permitted under Gathering tier. No open flames or loose glitter. Cancellation Policy: Free rescheduling with at least 72 hours notice. 50% reservation retainer required. Building Access: Private secure entrance with freight elevator for equipment load-in.
